A little about me
How I spend my free time
Exercising and being outdoors, including competing in triathlons, running road races, hiking, camping, and doing activities with my three boys. I also love to travel, relax at a spa, try new outdoor recreation, and attending various sporting events.
Passions of mine
I have always enjoyed being involved competitively and leisurely with sports. I was a collegiate softball pitcher for four years; and played strong side hitter collegiate volleyball for two years. Presently, I still like to fulfill my competitive spirit, racing in Half and Full Ironman distances. I also mentor triathletes and am a USAT L1 and USAC L3 certified coach. As time permits, I like to get away and cycle in the mountains. I truly enjoy my time “coaching” my three boys with their activities and learning alongside of them.
What others are saying
Laura brings a positive energy to those she works with. She is an active listener, working with her clients to find the best way for them to achieve their goals. She enjoys working with student athletes to get them back in the game, but also enjoys helping elders accomplish their goals. She loves what she does, and it shows in the care she gives her patients.
