A little about me

Jodi has been teaching group fitness classes for 32 years, since 1989. She is certified through AFAA as a Group Fitness Instructor as well as in Personal Training. Jodi loves to help others work on their fitness goals while having fun in a safe environment. She loves life and has a work hard play hard attitude. Jodi teaches with passion, enthusiasm, and strives to motivate her students to help them succeed.

Areas of Special Interests

She teaches a variety of formats such as BodyPump, R.I.P.P.E.D., Rumble, step, fitness yoga, sculpting and toning, indoor cycle, and water classes.
